I booked an appointment for myself and my Husband and when I went to check out was informed there was a $10 transfer fee. This is a new policy which I wasn’t aware of until check out. This is an unfortunate added expense.

It was a good massage just not the greatest I have had.

I did not like having to pay an additional $15 for a peppermint scalp massage when it did not add 15 minutes to my appointment. In other words, I should NOT have to pay for it if it does not add time to my appointment. A bit of peppermint does not cost $15 and I would NOT have added if I realized it would take away from my body massage.

I was satisfied... it just wasn't the best massage I ever had so that is why I put satisfied. There was nothing wrong at all though. Thank you

While it worked put in the end, I was not happy that the therapist I had scheduled was replaced without notifying me. Also, I was told when I booked the appointment that I could upgrade to the Himalayan warm rock massage and I could use two credits to cover the 80 minute massage. Then, when I checked out there was an extra $20 charge over the two credits, plus the tip.

My husband is a member at another location, but does not use his sessions often. I come in 2-3 times a month. So I asked receptionist if I could use one of his sessions. She said yes, but that it would be a $10 fee. I questioned this repeatedly but she insisted it was policy. I even pressed her that NO ONE has ever said anything or charged me before. Finally, the manager or asst manager came in and clarified. There was no charge. Two issues: 1) she was absolutely insistent that she was right and not polite or accommodating 2) When it was confirmed that she was in error, she did not apologize or say anything about the inconvenience it caused. I left a massaged bewildered as to why she was not more polite or apologetic after trying to wrongly charge me and arguing with me. A little kindness in customer service goes a long way.

Ny therapist of choice was not available/working so I went with someone new. She was good however she kept sheets on me too long while massaging me. Also not enough massage oil used so was a bit rough / not a smooth motion which didn’t feel good.
