I booked a 100 minute massage followed by a facial. Once in the massage room, I learned that they only had me down for a 50 min massage, which is honestly not enough to scratch the surface on me. Nobody did anything to correct the problem. They were apologetic, but did not try to adjust the schedule in any way or re-arrange me or offer to do anything for a future appointment. The therapist rushed through as best he could, but there was no way for him to really address my entire body. He rushed to finish. The facial was fine as the proper time was allotted. I left without many of my issues untouched.

Therapist started late and ended early. This fact combined with time spent chatting during only a 60 minute appointment (i usually need 90 min) left me unsatisfied with result.

Winter visitor and cannot freeze membership for more than 3 mo. I would stay a member were this to extend to 6 mo.

My biggest issues is we pay a monthly fee for services 49.99 which is fine but then the receptionist tell us that a 15% gratuity is 20$ how is this far and why should I feel bad for not tipping $20 I don’t even know if the therapist get that entire 20$ Just makes the experience uncomfortable for me and my wife.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I think I should get more perks on extra's such as the mini hot stone. Also, I wanted 80-100 minute massage but that is hard to get if I don't book in advance.

I was scheduled with my regular MT, but she couldn’t make it in due to car troubles. I was rescheduled with another MT, who was good but not as good or familiar with me.

First, I want to say I got a facial for a job interview. I got laid off and used one of six of my husband's credits. Shame on him for not using them. I was charged $10 to borrow one of his credits :-( At a time like this - no job, I would hope I didn't have to pay extra.
