was told they could use himalayan stones, however the thereapist I was booked with doesn't use them. I was using credits for the appointment and was not told that it was an increased charge and I would also have to pay some in cash. Little less talking from therapist would have helped me fully relax. Very nice person, but I wasn't able to shut mind off and fully enjoy

I feel like some of the rooms are so bare & plain making it a cold feeling. It would be nice to not wait so long when getting undressed to start the massage. Spend more on the massage.

It was very nice overall the staff was very friendly.

Massage was awesome. I will be back. Crystal was very knowledgeable and I was very relaxed and comfortable the whole time.

I would like to see some upgrades. For instance a room to sit in before massage to relax and get into a cozy robe. I have had a couple of massages where the therapist talks too much and was pushing her religion.

I booked an 80 minute. The therapist only spent 70 minutes on me. She didn’t not start until 5:10 and stopped at 6:20. It was my impression that there was 5 min before and afternoon for discussion and dressing. I am disapppointed that I paid for an 80 minute, but only received 70 minutes. I will return, as the massage was great, but I do not like paying for services I do not receive.

She just had very hard time founding my account .

This is the first time this location charged me $10 to bring my daughter who is on the account for services. We cancelled due to that reason. Why take the name of my daughter and husband upon enrollment if they cannot use the services if I am paying $60 per month anyway. I feel this is a cheap way of doing business and I submitted my cancellation letter yesterday.

My massage therapist was very nice, but wanted to chat the whole time. I was trying to be nice, so I didn't bring it to her attention, but I usually prefer a quiet massage

You will not let my wife use my accumulated credits without paying an additional $10 per credit.
