My massage therapist was very talkative during our session. I responded out of politeness, but I feel as though I demonstrated my desire to be able to just relax. She was very friendly; I just wish I could've zoned out and enjoyed the massage.

I don't know why more of my credits were not applied to my bill. I have 24 credits but still had to pay $95 out of pocket. Why is this?

The room was VERY COLD! Despite having the table heated, the AC was blowing COLD AIR the entire time, to the point I had goosebumps and was more focused on how cold I was than the overall experience of a two hour massage. Sadly, the therapist couldn't control the temps and she was sweet enough to put a towel on my feet after I pointed out they were freezing.

Addition of peppermint scalp massage wasn't additional time added to overall massage, if I had known that I wouldn't have added it.

My therapist moved so fast, I felt like it was on fast forward, x16! Also, when she was readjusting the blanket, she pulled it down too far and it went right off my chest. Who wants to be exposed in front of someone else? She was nice enough, but I felt like an inconvenience to her. She did not get me relaxed at all.

The new receptionist when I walked in yesterday(05/05/17) at 2:30 P. M. was not aware of your online offer of $10 off earlbirds before 3:00 P. M. Neither did Megan, whom I knew from way back several years ago. Both claim ed that Corporate did not alert them! I told them to look at their computer. I would propose to Corporate that if you are offering this promotion, normally on Mondays, when things are slow, that you let your loyal customers know the NIGHT before so that we can come before 3:00 P. M. and enjoy the privilege.

Front desk not able to help me with my online account. Still can not use it with my membership. Also feel the the location could be cleaner.
