Always love seeing Meghan at the front desk when I walk in, she is super nice and makes one feel very welcome. I am also happy when the massage therapist really listens.

Kyana is extremely good at her Job, I've had massages since the 90's and she's one of the best masseuse I've ever had. I always look forward to my appointment, it makes my day/ week to come in an experience a great massage!

The staff are courteous and knowlegable. I get what I paid for.

The spa was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and my appointment was on time. My massage therapist, Stephon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened very closely to the areas I wanted to focus on and did just that!

The quality of the treatment is exceptional bar none, I need to speak with my aesthetician, whom I’ve had a great long-term relationship with because the costs and adders that are being added on have increased do my cost 100% more over this past year, and it seems to get more and more, I also am up sold on products which I do not like, I do not mind if I am presented with a list of options that I select and choose and agree upon and I do not mind being educated on new products, but I don’t like them being added on without discussion or just brought to the counter, and put me on the spot. I resent the fact that I need to bring this up and I hate these kinds of conversations but I would like this kept confidential because I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and I only think it’s fair if I have an honest face-to-face conversation. That’s what I wouldn’t want personally. I don’t know why this is changed other than, this type of job is requiring pushing the sales up. It was never like this before and it’s obvious there is something driving the need to increase the sales.

Kaitlin is such an amazing therapist. She ALWAYS gives the perfect massage. AND, I feel like I can be honest with her, and ask her for more or less pressure, or whatever is on my mind. I recommended my husband give her a try when Alison left, and he was VERY pleased after his first massage. He's booked again with her. If there's an opportunity to give her a bonus, I hope you will.

I am a member and will continue to be one. I appreciate the therapists and the program and the people involved otherwise I wouldn’t participate…
