Massage was average.

Mike is so knowledgeable about what he does. I appreciate that he is providing a therapy as opposed to something simply relaxing. He was the right mix of chatty at beginning but allowed my mind to quiet at the end. Thank you!

I did not indicate that I was not satisfied. Wait time was due to heated table not working. My massage was moved to another room. Overall I had a great experience.

I like Hand and stone very much. The Anthem location is very convenient. I had a question when booking my appointment with the receptionist about a add on and felt that she could not fully answer my question. Possibly she was new. Also my old massage therapist no longer works there, I was a little sad about that.

My husband bought 2 Bliss coupons for me. The first one used was magnificent. This time, not so much. Did enjoy the massage. But the facial was totally different from the first time. She quoted $40 more for extractions. WHAT? First time extraction were done and also wild hairs plucked and each product she applied, she explained. Although the woman was pleasant, I did not get what my husband paid for. Asked them to call him to pick me up, about 10 minutes before they were done. They called when I was done and facing people in the waiting room all greasy haired and embarrassed. And asked if I were adding a gratuity. My husband left a hefty gratutiy when he bought the gift certificates. Was surely not my best experience.

I was highly satisfied. Everything was amazing and I can't wait until my next appointment!

I wasn't dissatisfied with this Hand & Stone at all. For me to give a highly satisfied rating, the service and experience need to be extemporary and that is my expectation. This was fine, there were not any problems, just things they can do to be the best.

I thought I indicated highly satisfied. Cannot go back to very what I maybe clicked incorrectly.

I had asked specifically for a female massage therapist and I was given a male.
