I tried booking online and was told to call the clinic. My boyfriend was not happy with his therapist. I booked a couples massage and itvwas not booked properly when we got there.

#1 did not like the sign in sheet. two many questions #2 scheduled two massages and two facials. had to wait in between due to confusion with the schedule.

My usual therapist had to cancel that day. The person I was switched to was very good however

I was extremely satisfied on my last visit. Times before I was disappointed. The therapist I had on Sunday was amazing!!

I may have fallen asleep but I don't think my therapist massaged both feet, I only felt her do one foot?

Not sure...I would have have to be blown away for it to be highly satisfied!

Quality of massage was not the best. Only lasted 45 minutes.

In rescheduling my original massage appt; I was all set. Then in my reminder call for my appointment, I was told that the 80 minutes wasn't available and I was given alternative option times for the day to come in for a 50 min appt. When I arrived in the day of my appointment; I was informed the 80 minutes was available. Good news to me, but it felt like it should have been available from the beginning. I enjoy my therapist, but will comment if it wasn't for her I may go elsewhere as my appointment scheduling tends to have glitches in a regular basis. Also, when rebooking I was told if I wanted a certain time, then I would need to have a 100 min massage. This wasn't professional in my opinion to ask being I am already upgrading my service from a 50 to an 80 min appt.

I had to wait my appointment did not start on time I was not taken back until 5 after then my actual massage did not start until 13 after & I was done by 54 after so not even a full massage.
