it was what i expected it to be ! no problems

Receptionist could not book my apointment properly, she had to have someone else call back saying it was her to offer me available times. Then at check in Megan, who I also spoke with on the phone to book, could not check me in. My tharapist who was it was past my apointment time by 10 min. came out just to get me so she did not fall even further behind.

Check in personnel were not aware of gift certificate and made us leave and go get it.

Receptionist called me to advise there was a cancellation and could get me in for 80 Min massage. Somewhere between the call and check out, it became a "100 min" even though I know we started late and got done before 100 min. Anyways, I was too relax and didn't want to waste the massage on disputing the charge of 80 vs 100min.

Fan running in massage room was cold and distracting.

There was some confusion with my appointment- my initial appointment had to be changed because my therapist requested the day off, and I rescheduled. I guess the first appointment wasn't deleted, so I got calls asking if I was coming to my appointment when it was actually scheduled for the next day. I also requested a different length of massage for the rescheduled appointment and there was an error with that. I felt badly for the therapist who missed a 100 minute massage appointment due to the error, as well as my usual therapist who was expecting me to be there for 100 minutes and not 50.

My Therapist was actually better than most. Had more knowledge of the body.

It is difficult to be highly satisfied with a therapist with whom you have no relationship. I have been going to my therapist at home, weekly, for many years. My therapist at Hand & Stone was fine and I enjoyed the massage

Only massaged my upper body not my legs at all.
