I enjoyed the professionalism at the Check In desk. I enjoyed the expertise of the massage person I was assigned to who made me feel so relaxed that I wanted to lay there a bit after the massage was finished. I enjoyed the easy Check Out process.

A family member recommended Jennifer for my facial. She did a very professional job with the information I gave her. The facial was a combination of her knowledge of the products and her expertise of the facial itself.

Kaitlyn G. is an exceptional therapist. She's friendly, professional, and frankly... has magic hands. I've seen a lot of massage therapists in my life, but I will keep going to this location and to see Kaitlyn. Your front desk staff are lovely as well. I keep forgetting to get her name so I can share kuddos to her as well.

I had the 90 minute relaxing lavender massage and my therapist concentrated on the areas of need I asked her to. Pressure was great! Also every time I am at Hand and Stone the front desk receptionist is very friendly and always helpful! I also enjoy all the facials I have received. Will definitely be back and book more services.
