The only reason I rated it low for product was the product that I wanted was out of stock and that is not the first time that it’s happened but by no means does this impact my experience with both massage and aesthetic treatments. Carly was extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, personable, and highly skilled/ effective. My body is not going to be healed in one session, but I did receive much needed relief during the session and for four hours following the session! So that is amazing progress! The therapist understood where the muscle knots and aches were. Addressed the specific problem areas and introduced to new exercises using foam rollers etc to improve the pain. Very friendly and patient with my questions.
