Facial I had with Erin was phenomenal. Massage was OK I probably would not go back to that same therapist. Overall it’s a very good experience.

Carly was excellent. She is friendly, skilled, responsive, and listens very well. Also your front desk girl was wonderful and friendly when greeting me. I wish I remembered her name.

Receptionist was personable and efficient in finding my appointment and asking if I had additional needs. She noticed that I was a previous member and asked if I wanted to rejoin. The new monthly fee is a lot higher than my previous membership, so I declined. Sara Jo is an excellent aesthetician and very friendly as well. She is knowledgeable and mentioned services and products which would be appropriate for my skin. I did purchase products.

The massage therapist got rid of my back pain and the whole experience was very relaxing.

Both Lori and Sarah Jo are fabulous! I feel like they both really listen to my needs. Such a pleasure to work with both of them!! I would highly recommend either one of these two ladies.

Carli was fantastic and checked with me if the pressure was good which was nice. She really focused on the areas I mentioned. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I plan to see her again.

It took 3 tries to book this massage..the first 2 were canceled due to the masseuse having to leave before my scheduled massage. H&S made up for these inconveniences by comping a half-hour and s free mini service. I appreciated H&S' gesture. Carey (sp?) was very nice and knowledgeable and gave a great massage.
