Hand and Stone

My first trip back to the spa in over a year. Besides the employees not wearing masks/PPE everything was perfect. Some other spas I have been to offer coconut water and that would be icing on the cake.

I thought it interesting that when I asked for a hot stone upgrade, to use more of my credits, the receptionist had to ask the owner to help with that. Then, come to find out when I got into the massage room, my therapist doesn't do hot stone. Why wouldn't the owner know that. And the owner also booked my next massage (in May) with the same therapist and also the upgrade of hot stone. My therapist has worked there for around 15 years, and you would think staff would know she doesn't do hot stone. So when I asked about how else I could use my credits, the receptionist was so wishy-washy that I really don't understand how to use them. I'll hope for a different receptionist next time. Maybe she's new.

Jennifer was amazing, she is very sweet and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and told me what she was doing. I can’t wait for my next massage with her!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone Anthem due to a number of things. The Esthetician was very knowledgeable, nice and cared that I was pregnant enough to look at her supplies and make sure everything was pregnancy-safe. Thank you again!

Knowledge of receptionist when using points. On time with appointment with a warm greeting, asked if all is ok during massage and politeness upon departure. All massage therapists have been awesome!

I didn’t have any pains. That’s why I checked neither sat/unsat. Everything was wonderful!
