Staff was very friendly. therapist applied the right amount of pressure and followed my instructions as to which area to concentrate on.

When I first started going to hand & stone there was a receptionist that gave me a hard time every single visit. She always argued with me about my gift certificates, always had the wrong total, typed In wrong numbers, would put me on hold for 10 minutes, and made my visits miserable and frustrating. I was determined to never return. My ethnetician Sarah Jo was so good that I returned and the receptionist area has changed greatly.

Jennifer is great, I highly recommend her.

The massage therapist used good pressure on my aching shoulders. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The scalp massage was good.

I like the CBD option. I also was a fan of the Himalayan rock salt massage. I like the ease of making an appointment. Also the new furniture in waiting area looks great.

GiGi gives an excellent massage. She listens to my needs and knows just what to do to take away the aches and pains. I always feel so much better after my massage.

Mike used great pressure and was able to work out the areas that I specifically said needed attention. He did talk a little more than I would have liked, however his conversation was good and he was still able to more on the areas that I needed help!

I was talked into the CBD oil for $30, but did not see a difference with using it. I was disappointed I spent $30 on top of the $120 for the oil. It was not effective.

The massage was very relaxing and she helped me feel so much better.
