I always think the staff is professional and interested in me having a good experience. My only less than satisfactory answer was because girl at desk was new, and didn’t have the answer even though she would have called.

I had a shoulder problem and my therapist was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in my particular problem. It seems that the pain has diminished greatly and I booked another follow-up appointment to completely alleviate the discomfort.

The massage therapist was excellent. You could tell that she was very experienced. I was able to relax and enjoy, and at times have casual conversation. Very pleasurable experience. I also had leg cramps from tennis, and she was able to get them worked out.

Mary Joe was an excellent Esticticisn. She listened and didn't push anything I didn't want to do.

Excellent Customer Service, the therapists are always very knowledgeable and caring. They make sure I am comfortable on the table by placing cushions and a heated under blanket. They are always very professional and patient.

I have been going to Rachel for a few years now and even though I go to Alaska for six months ever year she always remembers what my needs are. I am always totally relaxed when I leave my session. I need to win the lottery so I can go more often!

The 80 minute Himalayan stone massage is so relaxing. You feel like jello when it is done. Allison is a great masseuse, highly recommend her.
