Everyone is prompt, professional and friendly. Jennifer did a great massage and facial for me. It's nice when you don't have to change rooms for different services.

The phone receptionist, as well as the lobby receptionist was friendly, efficient and made me feel welcomed. Liz, my massage therapist, was friendly and asked about any issues and other items relative to my massage.

I appreciate the warm welcome when I enter the SPA. Everyone is friendly and eager to please. My therapist, Gigi, was quiet but attentive to my needs, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I felt so much better after my massage - less aches and pains!!! And as a result, I booked an extra massage with her!

The most important thing to me is the person and knowledge to do the right massage for me. Lauri does all of that.

I return to H &S because I trust Rachel Lewis to give me the best massage. She knows my problems and always asks if there is any area that needs special attention. My only minor complaint is the music that is piped into the massage room. I don't care for New Age music and it is played too loud. I would rather have soft soothing sounds.

I have been going to Rachel exclusively for a while now. She knows my issues without asking but always asks if there is an area that needs more attention. I am treated more like a friend than a client. I will be in Alaska for the next five months, that is why I wont be returning in the 90 days.

Esthetician was very knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. She explain the various services available.

Hand and Stone therapists seem to be well trained, and always attend to specific areas as requested. I always feel healthier when I leave.
