Appointment was on time. Masseuse was good. Service was friendly.

It was a lovely atmosphere and i received a great facial. I felt very relaxed at the end and that was the goal of my appointment.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful at check in and out. RMT Jack provided usual excellent massage. Only small issues with ambiance at Burlington location - noise from upstairs neighbour and no ability for therapist/ client to choose the music themselves ( piped in as same throughout).

Maria gave me an excellent facial.

Niki was fantastic - the treatment was excellent. The staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. The visit was just what I needed.
