I've been a member for several years and have had excellent service. While therapists change over the years, Pricilla is excellent - I wish she was available more days of the week. I previously was seeing Tanya, but due to her lack of availability I'm now seeing Pricilla and she is an excellent therapist. Special comments to Ilheim who I have seen for facials and a wonderful experience. In the past when I had some issues with billing they were adddressed to my satisfaction, however I had to speak with a manager - who was very helpful.

I’ve had hit and miss experiences at Hand and Stone. From very good to horrible. This was my first massage with Marci and it was easily the best massage I’ve had here or anywhere else. I’ve booked another 6 massages over the next 3 months with her to get the availability I need.
