The receptionists were very welcoming . Katrina was great. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very friendly but didn’t talk too much which is appreciated

I received an appointment for the time and date that suited me. The receptionist was friendly and answered my questions re insurance. The massage was excellent, the therapist was friendly and asked if the pressure was ok, etc. No complaints on the above. The only complaint is that the prices are higher than other massages I have had. Also, twice I was asked for a tip. I don't tip my Dr's or physiotherapists or chiropractor. How is a massage therapist different to these other health professionals? Just curious.

Massage was perfect, great pressure and felt nice and loose. Reception was helpful and kind and made it easy from start to finish. Would come back here.

I finally found a RMT that I love but reception could do a better job at offering packages that allow you to take advantage of the $99 rate. You hear a lot of background noise from other tenants and weights being dropped from the gym above.

I found the overall experience to be delightful. My message therapist was phenomenal. He went above and beyond my expectations and really helped me feel better.
