The ambiance was relaxing and Keshev was professional, friendly and effective. I was given a 50 minute massage as a Christmas gift - I only wishing had been longer.

I love the clean and calm atmosphere. I never feel pressured to purchase something that I don't want. The therapists are always responsive to my areas of concern and are very receptive to my feedback

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great location

I was given a gift card for Hand & Stone years ago and it sat in my drawer. Finally got it out and decided to use it. It was my first time at Hand & Stone and I loved it. I had Coleen. She was very knowledgeable, polite, explained what she was putting on my face and what it did. Especially, when she was putting something cold on my face so I wouldn't be shocked. I felt so relaxed during the whole appointment. Loved that she massaged my arms and hands as well. My face was so smooth and soft afterwards. It was a wonderful experience. I'm sorry I didn't use my gift card when I first got it years ago. I will definitely be going back soon for another facial and other services.

The facial was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The esthetician was highly knowledgeable and answered some specific questions I had for her. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will return again.
