Aesthetician was skilled, knowledgeable and courteous. She did a skin analysis and provided tips for maintaining a healthy complexion. She did go out of her way to ensure I also received a good neck and head massage in addition to the facial. As a side note, I would like to know the steps in the facial as she is going through these and what products are being applied. Overall, I was very comfortable and pleased with Ilhem's services and treatment. My usually sensitive skin - did not have any reaction following the facial and did look quite improved afterwards.

I received this as a gift card from my son. I've never had a massage before. I have to admit I was antsy not knowing what to expect. I was immediately put at ease with my massage therapist. She was comforting and relaxed me.

I came to Hand and Stone several years ago.. at my very first appointment Marcia Strom was my therapist... what can i say.. she's fantastic. i am 62 years old and have been going for regular massage since i was in my 20's. Marcia is amazing and i come back to Hand and Stone primarily for her. HOwever, i do like the membership and that it allows me one massage a month.

Domenic is knowledgeable, friendly and great at what he does!
