Maryam is great. She is cheerful, knowledgeable, and seems truly interested in the condition of your skin. Always on time . Cannot say enough good things about her. My comments on reception really should be NA. Our exchange was very pleasant but strictly a check in and payment transaction. Product & Questions did not come up.

I was highly satisfied since my therapist, Farzad was very helpful in resolving all of my pain issues. I always have a great and pleasant experience when Farzad is there. I also have the best massage when Farzad provides the service, highly recommended him!

Another guest brought company with him (his brother that seemed to have some social challenges). This person was talking very loudly in the reception area during the wait for his brother, asking question after question after question to the receptionist, taking their attention away from guests in front of them. I understand that some people have challenges, but the receptionists are not adult daycare providers. I think it was inappropriate for another guest to expect front of house staff to entertain and watch his company. It made the waiting experience very annoying as he was loud and obnoxious to those around him. I come here to relax and rehab after CANCER treatments. I also asked front of house if this happens often, and they said almost every time the brother has an appointment he goes too and waits the full 50 minutes or more in the waiting room.
