Jack is an excellent RMT. The spa itself is very welcoming. There are a.ways lots of time slots that suit my schedule.

Ali is an excellent massage therapist. He's friendly and very knowledgeable. His massage really helped me as his technique is wonderful. He's the best therapist I've ever had.

Farzad focused in on the problem area quickly and communicated well regarding pressure. He is very pleasant and has excellent technique.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and my massage therapists are professional and knowledgeable. My desk job makes my body hurt all over but I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Everything was great except for one thing that I suspect is out of your control: there’s a gym in the unit above you and it sounded like someone was doing deadlifts or something - boom boom boom as the weights impacted the floor. Lasted several minutes. A bit distracting but I don’t really know what could be done. Just FYI.

Staff is always pleasant. Service Provider was knowledgeable and friendly.
