Front Desk reception is very good & is noticeably improved over the past few months. Nikki as usual provides excellent service.

Appointments are easy to schedule. The facility is well-maintained and very comfortable. The massages are great.

I was planning on canceling my membership when I checked out but, my therapist, Othello, totally changed my mind. I struggle with IT-band syndrome and suffer with hip/leg pain. On this visit, I skipped the whole body massage and asked Othello to just focus on lower back and left hip. Oh my gosh...I'm not limping!!! The next morning the pain was gone! Othello deserves a raise so you don't lose him. If he goes, I'm going.
