I really like Nikki (facial) and Ed (massage). Both are personable, friendly, but not too chatty which I like. I like to completely zone out.

There was a booking error that forced me to reschedule my appointment, but they offered free aromatherapy to compensate which was nice. Overall a very positive experience. Chris, my massage therapist, was very professional and did a great job with the massage.

Always happy with my facial and Nikki who does them. She often suggests extras that I would not think of or know about. She does a great facial.

Reception staff seemed preoccupied with each other and other tasks. They ignored customers after greeting them
