I had a bad experience at a previous Hand and Stone in Columbia Maryland they not only messed up my account with notes they also messed up my gift cards. Both my esthetician and the front desk worked with me and we're very very accommodating to help me with the mess ups of the other store and I was very satisfied with the service that I was provided as well.

Everybody at the front desk and on the phone are always very nice and accommodating. My massage therapist has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and explain white, and why he has chosen a massage he does.

This location was beautiful and calming. Everyone was super friendly and they cared about how we felt with the pressure of the massage. They even ask if I had any troubled areas that I want them to work on.

I love my massage therapist. Her name is Debbie. She is friendly and very professional ! She makes everything about the massage so relaxing and just awesome!!!!
