my experience booking was great and i was very satisfied booking future appointments with the receptionist before i left. my therapist was very good. i have been a bit sore across my back and shoulders so tho m maybe the pressure was a little too much and too long in that particular spot. next time i will speak up. however i am very satisfied with her massage
