The entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. The esthetician, Emory, was very courteous, knowledgeable and enjoyable. I would definitely schedule another appointment with Emory. My experience was very satisfying and relaxing.

I only have one complaint that the rooms are too chilly. I think the A/C needs to be turned down some. I always freeze when I’m there even with the table warmer.

I really enjoyed my massage and it was the perfect stress-relief! Pierre was fantastic and really helped work out my problem area shoulders.

I have been seeing the same esthetician since about my third appointment, Nikki, and I really like her. She does a great job making my skin feel good and I enjoy the appointment. If others are available, but she is not, I will wait for an appointment with her.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. The receptionist was so kind and explained everything. The therapist was excellent and the massage made me relaxed and I felt less stressed during and after the massage. The massage with the stones felt great. A lot of the pain I experienced before the massage was minimized. Had a great conversation with the therapist and she made me feel very comfortable and addressed any concerns I had by explaining the process since it was only my 2nd massage, ever. This was a surprise for my birthday and I loved it.

Emery was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I left with my skin glowing and feeling so much better and more confident. I will definitely be going back to her in the future!
