The young gentleman who works reception is super friendly, efficient, and polite. Otello and Ed are GREAT massage therapists. I always feel better after a visit to Hand and STone.

My experience has always been pleasant Otello knows exactly what to do to ensure I receive the most from my massage.

Reception people friendly and infotmative. Therapist very professional, careful to be sure of comfort level, and checks to be sure pressure is appropriate.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My only issue is lack of time slots for messages. It was the reason I started coming to H&S however I have yet to have evening time slots with a female readily available. Which will be a deciding factor in keeping membership.
