The masseuse, Othello is the best I have ever experienced including massages in high end hotels and cruises. As I am closer to a H&S in Severna Park, I drive out of my way to have an appointment with Othello. The front desk staff is also always welcoming and helpful.

Nikki as usual is personable & provides a high quality treatment & experience. My disatisaction noted with the ambiance is that in the lobby/waiting area, the chairs need reupholstering or new covers. One chair has a throw on it which I guess is to cover up the worn/torn chair cove, One chair was not covered that had tears in the seata.
