Front office staff isconsistently welcoming, kind and helpful, both over phone and in person. Brent does an amazing job--and he senses my preference for quiet (versus chatting during massages), which is very, very important to me. I appreciate Brent's versatility and range of massage "moves." I also appreciate how easy it is to pay and use my coupons. Hand&Stone is generally easy to do business with.

Luke was WONDERFUL!!!

We wanted to get a couples massage for our anniversary, but we found out our sitter could not keep our infant daughter liked we’d planned. The staff was amazing at scheduling us back to back so that we could still get some time for ourselves. The front desk staff was warm and helpful. Our massage therapists were amazing -my husband and I both left feeling refreshed and peaceful. We can’t wait to go back even though it can’t be as often as we would like with two little ones. :) Thanks so much, H&S staff! You made our special day that much more special!!
