Kaelee was wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. My skin feels amazing after my facial and I ended up purchasing a membership so that Kaelee can work on my skin on a regular basis.

Massage therapist was EXCELLENT

All representatives were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Therapist was warm and friendly and made sure she addressed the issues I was observing. Atmosphere was excellent, all areas were clean. I have already booked another appointment.

Emery was great! Would highly recommend her! The treatment room was freezing cold, apparently there was an AC issue. In addition to the room being cold, it caused all the products to be cold on application. Hope this is fixed for next time. My only concern would be the "upcharge" for a certain kind of mask. I could not use the included mask because of an allergy and did not know the other option given to me was an additional cost. The receptionist waived the fee when I explained, but more clarity and another "included" option would be nice for next time.

The receptionist is always friendly and helpful no matter who it is. The masseuse has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the proper service that will help with my issues

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed the facial and thought my ethersitcisn Emory was fantastic.
