I always relax the most with the Himalayan salt stone massage and feel as though it helps my body and muscles with deep healing.

From the moment I made the appointment, I was surprised at the friendliness of the staff. They were SO accommodating to my cause. Although they didn't have a precise opening for the day I wanted; the effort made to satisfy me went above and beyond. So I returned just for myself! And purchased a membership!!! Each and every person whether answering the phone or in person were great.

The two women at the front desk were very welcoming and knowledgable. One answered some questions I had on entry and the second one helped me select future appointments. My masseuse, Othella, is the best I have had anywhere including on cruises and high end resorts. There are H&S offices closer to my home but I come out of my way to get an appointment with Othella. Very respectful top=notch masseuse.

It's all good but Pierre does talk too much. I know he knows me and feels comfortable talking and he's very informative but it is not very relaxing.....
