I’m very highly satisfied with the services and my experiences every time I go to Hand & Stone. I just wish the products were a lot more affordable. Maybe receive free samples for members.

It was very convenient scheduling online. The receptionist and my therapist were very pleasant and welcoming.

I truly appreciated Nikki’s friendliness and putting me at ease during my appointment. She addressed my concerns and left me feeling happy. My only concern is the difference in price between members and nonmembers. The cost will deter me from returning and looking for another place. It’s just so expensive for waxing services.

The front of the house staff is always pleasant and helpful. My massage therapist is one of the best I've ever had. He always takes cues from me. If I talked to him he will talk back. If I'm quiet, he knows I don't want to talk. That is extremely important to me. Even though I've been seeing him for awhile, before the session starts, he always ask if I have any changes or have anything specific I want to target. It's always the same but he asks anyway to make sure I'm satisfied.

The receptionist were welcoming upon arrival and respectful during check out. Jeb (who did my facial) was knowledgeable and gave me a relaxing and wonderful facial. He was polite and professional.
