The reception staff is always friendly and customer oriented. My masseuse is the absolute best. I always feel relaxed and refreshed when I leave.

My esthetician was kind. The music was relaxing. I was given lots of choices and information throughout the process. She answered all of my skincare questions.

From the booking of my appointment with the receptionist, Maya, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the appropriate person to perform my facial, to my actual appointment with Niki, I was highly satisfied with the appointment process, as well as the facial. I had the utmost confidence in Niki and requested she recommend what was best for my skin. Based on her recommendation I used three packages for my facial treatment. I left highly satisfied with the results and the care and attention to detail Niki spent on my skin. In addition, when I arrived at Hand & Stone, I explained to the receptionist that I was having difficulty receiving reimbursement for an unopened item I returned in May. She promised to look into it while I was having my massage and facial. When I was finished with my facial I learned she had received word that I would receive my refund in the next few days. Today, my bank advised me that my refund from Hand & Stone was pending.
