The masseuse n(Othello) is 5 star. The girl, Sandy, at reception was welcoming and very helpful finding appointments for me. I DO NOT LIKE OR UNDERSTAND why I must pull out my credit card and pay $1.00 while booking online. Ridiculous, time-consuming and annoying. So I call for all my appointments which needlessly absorbs the time of your front desk staff.

The receptionists are always so welcoming and friendly and the cleanliness of the facility is always excellent. My facial was great and Chloe was very knowledgeable. I appreciated her recommendations for products and I loved the little gifts she threw in when I spent over $75. Will definitely request Chloe in the future.

The therapist was skilled. She did what I had asked her. I felt really good after my session.

Great service

It is nice and relaxing to come here for massages and facials. The staff is friendly. It is in general easy to find times that are convenient.

It was extremely easy to make my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and Lexie came to get me in less than two minutes. She was very knowlegable and friendly. I wasn't sure if I would sign up for the membership but it was a no-brainer that I would once I was finished with my facial.

Debbi was fantastic. This is the best I have felt after a massage in a long time. I have very stiff joints and body aches. I ended up signing up for the membership. Looking forward to my next appointment!

This is the best spa ever, no matter who I have I’m happy!

I have been coming to this location since early summer. The therapist understands my pain points. I'm asleep by the time is over.
