I felt wonderful after my facial. She addressed some trouble areas on my nose and did a wonderful relaxing facial. I already booked my next appointment

The experience exceeded all my expectations after I had prior knowledge & experienced an excellent massage at one of your spas in Austin, Texas February of this year.

Otello is a great therapist and one of my go-to people at Hand & Stone. The front desk staff are very gracious and helpful and know that I am a long-term customer. You have recently updated the lounge furniture (a welcome and long overdue development) and your central location is convenient--but the Barre studio next door is a real nuisance when they are teaching class via loudspeaker with heavy boom-box beat. Ditto the restaurant on the right side of your store: clattering pots and pans can be heard through the wall and detract from the massage experience and ambience of your spa.

Leaving Nicki Lloyd's room always fills me with a sense of confidence and peace that I carry with me throughout the day. For more than a decade, it has been my most cherished sanctuary to escape to. Nicki Taking the time to care for my skin with love and respect by energizing, hydrating, and refreshing my skin has taught me how to connect with myself on a deeper level. Nicki is a healer. Thank you for keeping my skin B-E-A-utiful

Very nice receptionist. Everything looked wonderful. Great massage. Loved it. The one thing I'm not satisfied with is the "Tippy" jar, if you will. It's like we are being shamed into giving a humongous tip. Aren't the people there getting paid well enough that we have to pay for the massage and give the suggested tip of almost 50% of what we paid for the massage? PLUS, we HAVE to pay an outrageous amount for processing. My massages are great, but recently I had a facial that was not great. She would apply a lotion, wipe it, wipe the remainder on my collar bone and repeat. She did that three times and that was all she did. Then I had to be shamed by the "Tippy" jar to give her a tip for horrible service. So, in summary, I do NOT like the "Tippy" jar and I will start tipping according to service rather than being shamed into. I do appreciate the privacy of it where I don't have to tell the world what I'm tipping as before.
