The esthetician did an excellent job, she was very knowledgeable, she made me feel like a goddess, she actually made my skin look great! I honestly saw a noticeable change. She recommended the products that she used and I already have those products, but I had stopped using them.

The ease of setting up an appointment is great. The availability is not always Highly satisfactory, however, I believe you can call to see if there are any cancelations for last-minute massage/facials. Overall every time I go to Hand & Stone - everyone is beyond courteous and friendly!

I enjoy Hand and Stone. The staff at this location are always friendly. Nikki is my esthetician and she does an excellent facial and lip and chin wax. I have been a member for years and enjoy my visits.

I have been coming to the H & S annapolis for many years. I have primarily worked with Otello Jean for 95% of the time. If you could find someone as good as him I would go to another therapist there.

Therapist was excellent! I have this subscription because of my training for Ironman events and they are so helpful.

I love the therapist, Debbie Hough! She has helped get out kinks so many times, even brainstormed why I had been having new lower back pain . . . a new computer chair! She is attentive, professional, and lovely. If I recommend her too much, it will be hard to book an appointment! I tried hot stones for the first time . . . guess I'll do that from time to time.
