I had a painful trapezius muscle area. No appts but receptionist offered the waitlist. I got a call the next day and got my massage. Brett worked to relive my pain and it worked. I was pain free when I left and remain with minimal pain days later.

I felt like the medium pressure was hard pressure. Plus I had someone new and not my other therapist I always get. I do feel a little pain in my upper back.

I enjoyed my facial. I could see the difference in my skin afterwards and brought facial cleansing products. My facial provider was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and super friendly.

It was very convenient to be able to go online to schedule your appointment. Debbie took the time to ask me about any particular areas but she should focus on and then work on those targeted areas. Once we were finished Debbie wanted to make sure those areas she focused and we’re feeling better. I just love the option of being able to choose other services not just a massage with your monthly membership at Hand & Stone.
