The membership is a hood deal. My massage therapist, Otell, is terrific.

The receptionist was less than welcoming. I had a few questions about my visit and services as this was my first time not only visiting this location, but also my first time even getting a facial. I was met with what I would describe as indifference. I understand people having bad days. That’s human nature. I did not feel comfortable there until I met my esthetician, who was amazing. I would definitely come back.

The staff is always welcoming and courteous.My esthetician is knowledgeable and provides a relaxing experience. The attention given to making sure the client is comfortable is a priority.

I have never been disappointed with anything at this location. I feel relaxed as soon as I walk through the door. Everyone makes you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. You rock Annapolis location.

Nicky is excellent. My skin has improved a lot since I have been going to her. Initially, because of personal concerns, I contacted your office to cancel my membership. But right after my appointment (after I drove away in my car), I decided that I wanted to continue my membership. I called the receptionist and requested that she reinstate my membership instead of cancelling. I was told that I would hear from your manager on tomorrow on this change.
