I had a cold sore and wasn’t able to get a facial but the ladies at the desk offered a back facial instead but didn’t inform me of the substantial price increase compared to what I was planning to spend. I was kind of taken back by that because it was more than double what I planned to spend in the facial and no sort of discount was offered unless I signed up for a membership. Overall, the back facial and massage were amazing and Nancy and Debbie were amazing. Great conversations which helped me relax.

This was my first massage with Hand and Stone. I have been getting massages for a long time and I know it takes 3-4 visits before you can make a good judgement on the therapist. Alexis was good but I am going to try other therapists to see who I think is best for me.

I have been a member since June and the staff is friendly they create a customer experience. Brett is the best pressure is good and ask questions about what I want.

Niki was fantastic. She gives a great facial and is knowledgeable about skin care and products that are for sale.
