The receptions staff members are very friendly, efficient, and treat me like a valued customer, which I appreciate. I feel as safe as I can feel right now, given covid, with the measures taken by the staff. And, both my two regular therapists, Otello and Ed, are phenomenal. A visit to this location is ALWAYS a great experience.

My masseuse Alexis is SO gifted and knowledgeable about massage therapy. She communicates and cares attentively to the issues I share, and especially to the ones I don’t share because I may not know they’re issues. She is amazing and I always look forward to my next appointment even before I’m finished with my current appointment.

Reason why I like my Hands and Stones membership is because that the peopleare hard workers and does a good job. Alexis is a great therapist and knows her job.
