Maria was great in providing an assessment of skin and recommending the appropriate facial. I love the way by skin feels and can't wait to go back.

Appointment was easy to schedule online. Even though not a ton of time options but I understand with COVID. Massage therapist was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good.

I believe Kirkwood Hand and Stone has the best customer service. I never have a complaint.

I felt completely safe here and would go definitely go back during this time period of uncertainty.

Massage technician was great, my appointment was kept on time, and I left feeling relaxed and pain free in my back. While the membership is not that costly, it can be hard to make time for a monthly appointment while still being charged. This is the only reason I would consider canceling the membership.

Bernice is pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating . She does a thorough skin assessment and always asking my opinion regarding the issues and takes it into consideration. She does a great facial and I am never disappointed. She always makes sure I am comfortable.

My therapist is wonderful. Taking into consideration when my muscles are tight, if my sinuses need clearing and gives me tips. I always get 80 minutes

I needed this massage for peace of mind, to work out kinks in my back and neck, and to get some pressure relief from work issues. I think all three were accomplished for however brief those moments were realized. When I started the massage I was still thinking about work and within 15 minutes all I could think about was the relief and pressure of the therapist's massaging. Thanks to Janet for a great job.
