It was no cleaning, look like count is off. My pre scream did not come in my email but 2 update medical forms, so I had to do a prescreen bf my appt, kinda annoying.. but it's fine

My therapist gives a great massage. He listens and really pays attention to your concerns. Then he goes to work on your problem areas. He gives good information and advice to any questions you may have. When he is done you feel great. I love getting my massages at Hand and Stone. I love my therapist there. I come 2 to 3 times a month.

My facial started right on time. Teresa was friendly knowledgeable and did a great job. I felt comfortable in a location.

I want to say I have to discontinue membership due to my employment, not services. I was impressed start to finish because front office is always so helpful. They are changing their process to address covid concerns & always give valid info. My therapist went over things & felt comfortable from the start. This was the first splurge I've given myself since March! And it certainly delivered. Already scheduled next appt.

Everyone at Hand and Stone was so kind and pleasant to work with. I felt valued as a customer and that they had my best interest in mind.
