The facial was great! The women was knowledgeable and friendly. She was careful to detail and very attentive. Made sure I was comfortable.

Always good service, friendly and knowledgeable. Look forward to these sessions. Unfortunately moved and there are no Hand and Stone in this area.

Everything was nice calm and relaxing. I try and take care of my skin but it is nice to have someone else do it sometimes.

I go to Hand & Stone weekly for 80 minute massages. I am always warmly greeted by name by the staff. My massages with Jacques are always awesome. I always leave in a good mood and feeling less pain. This is due to Jacques “magic hands” as well as the staff’s friendly and kind demeanor.👍🏼

I love hand and stone but one reason I was dissatisfied was because the booking receptionist did not adequately explain the cost breakdown. She told me it would cost $10 to transfer a PKG to my mom but failed to explain that a 'couples message' was $10 extra per person. So I was expecting to pay $10 but had to pay $30. Which is fine and still reasonable but I just wish I had known when I booked, not when I was paying.

Area was very clean. Facial was very timely. I loved the results.

My expectations were met; rep was friendly and knowledgeable and all went well.
