Elena has been a great partner to help me improve the condition of my skin. I've seen her multiple times, and have seen improvement each time I've returned. She gives me hints & tips to follow at home to continue improving my skin. She's very knowledgeable and thorough. (NOTE: The ONLY reason I won't return to this location is because I have moved! I will schedule time with Elena any time I'm back in the area!)

It never ceases to amaze me how much I love my time at Hand and Stone getting my monthly facial!!! I so look forward to getting there but when I’m there and Theresa is taking care of me I just wish it could last longer! She is so kind and upfront and always doing what Is best for my skin!!! I love that! And I trust she will do that each and every time!!!

From the time I walked in the door the staff was very pleasant. Lillie was very thorough in her explanation of all the paperwork and what hand and stone has to offer. I was so pleased with my service I signed up for a membership. Thank you Jacques for the great massage.

The environment was relaxing and welcoming. The service was exceptional. My skin looked great afterwards.

Friendly staff, makes you feel at home and very knowledgeable

The Website is not user friendly. Can not see how many services you currently have. Booking a massage that has any add ons is impossible. I called the office several times on 1/16/20 to book app since I could not do on line and had to leave a message. I am with patients all day so it was not convenient to leave a message. Upon arrival my experience was amazing. Kayla was fantastic.

The front staff know us well and treat us with kindness and respect. The massage was amazing. We upgraded to the cbd oil massage and it was so worth it. Overall a truly wonderful experience. Customers for life!

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy using Hand and Stone for both massages and facials but really don't like the pressure of signing up for a membership. I like going when my family buys me a gift certificate and do not like getting the sales pitch with each and every visit.

Theresa is a very qualified technician. My facial was very relaxing. My skin felt really good after the facial.

The massage therapist listens and always provides the best results. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I love the way the office makes me feel. Ambiance is amazing
