Hand and Stone

My esthetician was absolutely phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have been hesitant to return to a hand and stone due to a friends awful experience, but Alaina made me feel completely safe!

Helena is very knowledgeable in regards to skincare. Any questions I ask her, she is able to answer and explain. I like that she explains what products/tools she is using on my face and why. My skin has improved greatly since having facial treatments with Helena over the past several months.

Staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. The esthetician was gentle and efficient. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable during my appointment.

My massage therapist is great! She does a great job and helps me relax. I like the atmosphere, it helps me relax. I do however wish the fountain still worked in the lobby. I like the sound of running water.

Alison was very professional. She was very knowledgeable about skin care. She offered me a skin care routine and suggestions for products.

I am very happy that the times available were later than most other places. My therapist was very knowledgeable. My husband and I were extremely satisfied.

Upon entering the spa, I immediately thought, "I love this place." It had a very relaxing and calming feel to it. Those at the desk were very welcoming and made me feel at ease about the experience I was about to have at the spa. I was not disappointed. It was a very positive experience. I made the next appointment right after my appointment. Can't wait to go back.

I was having a rough few days and decided that I needed to treat myself, so I called hand and stone to see if I could get a spa day the next day, which they accommodated easily and happily. I booked a hot stone massage followed by a classic facial. I was told that I may have to wait a half hour in between and that was fine. Not only was my massage with Sonya wonderful, but Venus was able to accommodate me for my facial immediately after my massage. Both Sonya and Venus were excellent listeners and attentive to my needs, both physically and emotionally. I love hand and stone, they need to open a location in Rehoboth!

Tynishia was very professional and made my massage very relaxing . She also focused on the areas I mentioned where problem areas. My facial was also very relaxing and the products used where very soothing . Overall a very wonderful me time .
