Great customer service and store ambiance

The office makes me feel relaxed immediately and Nicky is nothing short of amazing. My only criticism is the HVAC system noise. It really bothers me and often is so loud I can't hear the relaxing music. And another issue unrelated to this visit was a facial I recieved. The aesthetician talked the entire time, giving misguided health and medical advice, and then upcharged me with products and services I didn't consent to. I believe she is still at this location.

Jacques was so professional and made my first massage experience comfortable and relaxing. He did an amazing job. Maria made me feel super comfortable and relaxed during my facial. My face feels sooo much better!

Nicky was great! (Kirkwood Hwy Wilmington Delaware) I had a gift card; first time at Hand n Stone. She was so in touch with helping me relax. I’m booking her again - wow!
