My original appointment was with therapist Tonya who arrived late and was rude toward me. The staff and therapist Kayla witnessed this. The staff apologize for Tonya’s behavior and Kayla offered to assist me. I returned the next day with an appointment with Kayla who was awesome, kind and respectful.

Friendly, clean reception area. My esthetician was knowledgeable because she remembered having done my skin before. She recommended products to improve my skin. I was a great and relaxing facial, I was satisfied.

Jacques is wonderful and highly skilled in his profession. If Jacques leaves, I'm certain I would leave Hand and Stone.
