I think the LED light add-on for $40 dollars was over priced and I did not see noticeable results from this treatment.

EVERYONE at Hand & Stone are very pleasant and professional. I love the facials I have been getting. Theresa is wonderful.

The aesthetician asked me questions about any concerns about my skin, and the my current skin care routine, and the products I used. She then looked at my skin under a light and pointed out what things needed to be addressed. She also offered an upgrade to my facial which I accepted. She was gentle and asked me if any product or process was painful or unpleasant. She was very good and I liked that she was concerned with my being comfortable with each step of the facial. I will have another one done again!

Jacques is consistent. Always on time and friendly. He asks about any pain or issues prior to the massage. He listens and asks appropriate questions to clarify what I want to focus on. I always leave pleased with the service! Zero complaints!

I look forward to going to Hand and Stone monthly. Judith is always great! I got the mini Himalayan salt massage, but the stones were not heating up like they should. Judith told the front desk and they didn’t charge me for the service. Great customer service!
