Hand and Stone

I inquired about purchasing a gift card for a friend who was in a different state. By the end of my service the receptionist had information for me.

The staff was friendly very inviting, CarolAnne did a exceptional job explaining everything to us, my daughter who was coming in for a massage, and she has special needs, CarolAnne made sure she was taken good care of with Jaylsa, and Pat did a fabalous job with my facial, I was tingling for hours afterwards.

Great MT's and a great experience I had a couples massage with my boyfriend and we were both very relaxed!

It is not uncommon these days for me to make an appointment at a nail salon and to be kept waiting for 20 minutes. I never have this issue at hand and stone! I always walk into the hand and stone on Kirkwood highway and feel like I am part of the family. And they’re very attentive to all of my needs!

The experience was very relaxing. I was well informed about all of the products used and got suggestions on what products might help my skin in day to day use. I already see improvement in my skin. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Highly satisfied. Concern with temperature in the building. Fans were going in the reception area and facial room was a little warmer than normal. Other than that I was happy with my service and friendliness of the staff

The booking was easy to make and to change when I needed a later appointment. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from the phone to the in-person staff. I liked the new fireplace in the lobby. Most of all, the esthetician was knowledgeable, personable and knew when to talk with me and when to leave me to relax. Kudos to Theresa.
