Hand and Stone

I like to book my appointments online. That is not to say that the staffed not great, I just preterit because i can typically see who is available. Recently I discovered that eh booking app is not in line with what is actually available. One representative told me it may have been because i went through the general hand and stone site. I tried again this time I specifically went through H&S Kirkwood and did not a time or technician I like available for a time I was. I decided to call just to see and one of my favorites was available. There are also never avaianlities for facials.

I’ve always liked all the options for facials and massages. I like the cleanliness and music of the rooms. I like that you now have mens’ facials.

Elena was great! Very friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable. This was my first facial ever, but I will definitely be back. She was so helpful, explaining the whole process and what I could do at home to take care of my skin, before my next appointment. I bought the product package she recommended, because I felt like she actually cared. She wasn't just trying to sell me stuff. Will definitely be back!

Friendly, good service and very relaxing

My facial was wonderful. Ellison was very knowledge about the products and did an excellent job of explaining what each product contained and what it did. She made the experience fun, relaxing and informative.

I enjoyed my spa afternoon with waxing, a truly great massage and then a treatment facial. It was a nice gift to myself.
